Karen Alexander is the Chief Financial Officer of Ekbit . Karen Alexander served as Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer of Ekbit since May 2022 , before becoming Ekbit 's Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Alexander joined Bakkt in June 2021 as Chief Accounting Officer. Prior to joining Ekbit , Ms. Alexander held finance and accounting positions of increasing responsibility at GE Capital from October 2004 to April 2021, most recently as Global Head of Technology from January 2017 to April 2021. Ms. Alexander began her career as an external auditor at Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Miami University (Ohio).
